Q: How much do you charge?
A: We are a full service bar company with the exception of Alcohol. Our rates start at $1,200 for our minimum of 4 hours. Our quotes include a full setup which includes a bar (We do not use a table as a bar). Our rates vary depending on the amount of guests, hours, location, date, if servers/bussers are needed, and if you need glassware. Feel free to contact us, we are happy to provide you with a quote and additional information about our packages. We will make sure to have the right amount of staff members for your special occasion. I'm always looking for ways to save clients money without sacrificing service for you and your guests. Once you see everything that we have to setup, you'll understand. Our focus is for everyone to enjoy great cocktails, great and fast service, and dance and talk to friends and family, not stand in line most of the night.
Q: Can we provide the alcohol and you provide everything else (Ingredients)?
A: Yes, we provide everything for the bar except the alcohol.
Nice/Hard Plastic cups (Type is determined with final menu). We use martini, champagne flutes, Old Fashioned, High Balls, etc).
Bar tools; shaker tins, muddlers, jiggers, cutting boards, etc.

Q: Do you speak Spanish or have someone that speaks Spanish that can bartend at our event?
A: Yes, most of our team members are bilingual. We would be happy to send someone that speaks Spanish to your event.
Q: Do you provide the alcohol?
A: Yasmina's Craft Bar strives on saving our clients thousands of dollars and for this reason we do not offer alcohol in our quotes. Yasmina's Craft Bar will assist you in creating a cost efficient menu, will provide you with a detailed shopping list of the alcohol needed, and will tell you where to purchase everything at a better price. We are happy to answer any questions for you while you're shopping. It's very important to purchase everything exactly on the list because something different or missing can mess up the menu.
Q: Can we have bottles of alcohol and wine at the tables? Can we have the beer as self service since it's a private
A: No, having self service for alcohol can create legal issues for both you and our company. If you want to hire us, all alcohol must be served at the bar by us. We need to be able to have control of how much guests are drinking as serving an underage guest or intoxicated guest is illegal.
Q: Can my bartender friend help you bartend?
A: No because...
Most likely they are not certified and insured. They can put us at risk if there is underage drinking and over intoxication.
We do not have time to train him/her with our recipes.
We can not lend our equipment because they could result lost or broken.
If something goes wrong, we do not want for the guests to assume that he/she is part of our team.
Q: We only need 2 hours of service, is that possible?
A: Yes, however, our minimum is 4 hours of service therefore, we would have to charge our minimum.
Q: What do you and your team bring to the events?
A: Our team provides homemade syrups and other ingredients depending on the menu. We also provide the necessary tools to prepare our craft cocktails and a mobile bar or modular bar in most cases. The standard equipment includes but not limited to personalized menu, tin shakers, bottle and wine opener, speed pourers, garnish tray/jars, cutting board, garnish knife, cooler/tubs, etc.
Q: Can we just put a table instead of having a bar?
A: No, a table doesn't have the necessary amenities that we would need to prepare the delicious cocktails that we prepare for you and your guests. We have a lot of tools, supplies, we need somewhere to put the ice, and still have to organize everything from alcohol to mixers, fruits, etc. One of our custom made bars will be required.
Q: What do your bars look like?
A: Below are pictures of our bars. All bars are custom made and have ice wells, drains, speed rails to hold the bottles, prep area, serving counter top, and storage area in the bottom. Our Modular bars were chosen and made to be utilized for smoother and faster service and because of tight spaces, elevators, stairs, etc. The Modular bars are assembled onsite.
Q: How long does it take you to setup?
A: Setup usually takes 2 to 3 hours depending on how large the event is.
Q: What type of cups do you work with?
A: We work with the hard, clear plastic cups that are different sizes and different types for different types of cocktails but we also rent glassware. Below is our current selection. Contact us for more details.
You are more than welcome to rent glassware from a rental company but please note that you will need to factor in the following:
The extra cost of delivery & pickup from the rental company
Minimum rental required
Potential overtime charges for 24 hour pickups - ask your venue if you can do next day or Sunday pickups, sometimes you can't, so the rental companies need to come at 2am, which is hundreds of extra dollars;
Additional space to store all of the glasses at the end of the night

Q: Do you have General & Liquor Liability Insurance?
A: Yes, we do and we can add any venue as an additional insured. We also have Worker's Comp.
Q: Do you have a liquor license?
A: No, Yasmina's Craft Bar does not have an Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) license. A liquor license is required if we are providing (selling) alcohol. Yasmina's Craft Bar does not provide (sell) alcohol. To save you extra costs we provide you with a detailed shopping list of all alcohol needed so that other vendors do not charge you an arm and a leg for having to provide the alcohol.
Q: Do you have a bartender license?
A: Yes, a bartender license/permit/certification states that we took a course to properly serve alcohol. All of our bartenders are Certified and have years of working behind the bar.
Q: Do you take credit card payments?
A: Yes, We take credit card payments through PayPal. To make a payment, there is no need to open up an account through PayPal. For additional information please feel free to contact us. Note: We also have other options to take payment.
